Find your place at EastPoint

Our Story

people-focused design | people-focused company

EastPoint was born in 2003 from a desire to transform places and deliver leading design solutions from our home in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

We believe you can work on the most challenging and rewarding of projects, anywhere, if you have the right people. This entrepreneurial spirit has allowed EastPoint to enter new markets and deliver more than 10,000 projects. We’ve put our fingerprint on multidisciplinary projects from wharf upgrades to community housing improvements, from new public infrastructure to transformative landmark buildings. We work on large and small projects to shape places not only in Nova Scotia, but across Canada and beyond.

Yet of all the things we’ve built, we’re most proud of our company culture. We have organically grown our company since our founding to more than 100 architects, engineers, designers, and professionals today.

Working at EastPoint means you can make meaningful connections with your colleagues and know you have a voice directly with leadership to share your ideas. You can contribute to impactful projects and feel connected. You can join a company proud of its local roots but not afraid to adopt new approaches and technologies to do our work even better.

Diversity and Inclusion Matter to Us

We’re better for the unique and diverse perspectives each person brings to the workplace. We create inclusive spaces through our designs, and realize our best work is produced from the efforts of different perspectives, cultures, backgrounds, and experiences. By joining EastPoint, you can expect a safe, inviting, and respectful environment where you can bring your authentic self to work without judgment or discrimination.
