Gap Analysis to Net Zero Study

EastPoint conducted a study that explored options for how the Province of Nova Scotia would close the gap between existing school designs and operational Net Zero Carbon school design and construction practices. The operational and capital costs for upgrades were evaluated through detailed energy modelling techniques alongside the potential efficiency gains of various options. The most efficient combinations that maximized the benefit against the costs were chosen for future implementation.
