Ernie Porter
Growing up outside New Glasgow, Ernie was always building something – a raft or go cart, a boat or a fort. His first part-time job at 12 years old was helping his father build new cabins at the local community summer camp. Ernie’s been building Nova Scotia ever since.

For over 30 years, Ray Ritcey has put his energy into Nova Scotia. As a pioneer in the natural gas sector he helped change the face of energy in our province. He’s made many lifelong friendships along the way, a testament to his character as well as how seriously he takes his commitments.

Rick spent 20 years with Black & MacDonald where he acted as Divisional Manager of Special Projects and Regional Manager of Business Development. He moved on to Business Development Lead at G. J. Cahill & Company, where he works to build their business in the Atlantic region.

Jamie Wright
Jamie is a Fellow of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada and attended the Dalhousie School of Architecture and the Harvard Graduate School for Design. He is a former president of the Ontario Association of Architects, where he received the Order of da Vinci award for his significant contribution and leadership to the profession.
