"By nature, I'm a methodical person who likes to understand as much as possible about a subject. I enjoy working through all the scenarios as a project progresses."

Growing up outside New Glasgow, Ernie was always building something – a raft or go cart, a boat or a fort. His first part-time job at 12 years old was helping his father build new cabins at the local community summer camp. Ernie’s been building Nova Scotia ever since.
Recently appointed to EastPoint Engineering’s Advisory Board, Ernie brings his ingenuity and dedication to clients and projects. Ernie started his career with Lindsay Construction in 1980, became president in 1997 and later Chairman in 2009. Ernie only just put down his hard hat and retired in 2014 with decades of experience building solutions.
Welcome to the team Ernie. We can’t wait to see what you’ll build next.
