Over the past 39 years Jim has developed a broad base of experience while conducting all phases of project management, team coordination and architectural services. His responsibilities have included management of multi discipline buildings and design projects including concept design, site analysis, project presentations (both visual and oral), contract document production and administration, site construction phase services, interior design, written project descriptions, feasibility studies and proposal preparation. He has experience with the full range of building types including: industrial, institutional, commercial, and residential.
Jim has helped to develop a team of multi-discipline architects and engineers working from offices in Halifax/Dartmouth, NS, and St. John’s, NL. This team has delivered buildings projects for various clients across the country for the past sixteen years. Many of these team members have remained consistent, benefiting repeat clients. Annual business forecasts, resource planning/workload requirements, individual annual assessments, and staff development for retention have been part of his responsibilities. He believes in the right team, clear communications, and safety to create quality consulting services.
